Who we are

Asas Management is a property management company for New York buildings. We help landlords and tenants keep rent, repairs, and bills in one place.

The product itself is invite-only for tenants and owners. Landlords and handymen may create a free account. Building books stay behind sign-in.

What we do

• Rent tracking — due dates, payments, and reminders for each unit.
• Repair tickets — tenants report issues; managers track work.
• Bills due — building expenses kept with the property book.
• Landlord tools — a private book for buildings, units, money, and leases.
• Handyman job board — open repair jobs that a signed-in handyman can claim.

How we use SMS

Asas Management may send transactional property texts to people who opt in — not marketing.

• Rent reminders (when rent is due).
• Repair updates (when a ticket is scheduled or moving).
• Consent is collected on the signed-in unit page: mobile number + Opt in.
• Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also use Opt out on the site.
• Message and data rates may apply. Frequency is occasional, as needed for rent and open repairs.

A manager master switch stays Off by default. No texts are sent until the manager turns Asas SMS on, even if a unit is opted in.
