Tenant walkthrough
A short video for tenants. Tap play. You can skip ahead with the controls.
1. Getting in
- Landlords: Sign up free with email, Sign in with Apple, or Continue with Google. Handymen: Sign up free. Tenants and owners: your manager sends an invite link.
- Open the link and set your password.
- Later, sign in with your email or mobile phone and password — or Apple / Google if you used those as a landlord.

2. Tenant
- Tap Pay rent. Choose cash, check, Zelle, or another app. Then tap I paid. It stays pending until Badran confirms.
- Ask for a repair when something is broken. Photos are optional and helpful.
- Text alerts are optional. You can opt in if you want them. The manager may keep texts Off for now.
Nothing here is scary. You only see your own unit.
3. Owner
- See your buildings on the home screen.
- Open Money for income and expenses.
- Open monthly statements or year-end lists when you need them.
4. Tips
- Always use https://asasmanagement.com — not a file saved on your phone.
- If numbers look old, tap Refresh shared book.
- Log out on shared phones.
